feat: 헤더 로고를 '돈돼지' 이미지로 변경

- AppHeader brand-mark(초록 막대 SVG) → public/logo-piggy.png(투명 돼지)
- 텍스트는 SlimBudget 유지, 비율 유지(height 28 / width auto)
